What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be

  • Quality Leadership & Governance

Establish, implement, and maintain the Site Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001, food safety standards, legal directives, and company policies.
Act as the site authority on product quality and product safety, ensuring risks of non‑conformance are identified, managed, and mitigated.
Define and cascade site quality objectives aligned with company strategy and consumer/customer expectations.

  • Risk Management & Control

Ensure DFMEA and PFMEA are developed, maintained, and effectively applied for all products and processes.
Define, implement, and maintain Quality Control Plans based on risk assessments.
Ensure critical product and process characteristics are clearly identified and controlled.

  • Operations & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Partner with Production, Engineering, R&D, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to ensure quality requirements are embedded into daily operations.
Support new product introductions and process changes to ensure readiness, capability, and compliance before start‑up.
Ensure strong linkage between maintenance performance and quality outcomes.

  • Supplier & Incoming Quality

Ensure robust supplier quality management, including incoming material inspection, supplier audits, and performance monitoring.
Drive corrective and preventive actions for supplier-related quality issues.

  • Performance Monitoring & Improvement

Establish and maintain effective tracking of Quality KPIs and KAIs (e.g., complaints, defects, process capability, right‑first‑time).
Analyze trends, identify gaps, and lead continuous improvement projects to close performance gaps.
Ensure effective root cause analysis (RCA) for quality incidents and complete closure of actions.

  • Audits & Compliance

Plan and lead internal and external audits, ensuring audit findings are addressed and corrective actions are implemented on time.
Ensure site readiness for customer, regulatory, and certification audits at all times.

  • Capability & Resources

Ensure site personnel are trained, qualified, and certified where required.
Develop and manage the quality training agenda for the site.
Support planning and justification of CAPEX and non‑CAPEX investments related to quality improvement, preventive, and corrective actions.

  • Team Management

Lead, coach, and develop the site Quality team (Quality Engineers, Analysts, Inspectors).
Drive a strong quality culture across the site.

Experiences & Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • 4 – 7 Years of Experience. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Production, Chemical, Industrial) 
  • FMCG experience is preferred 
  • Experience in Manufacturing especially within Foods & Beverages. 
  • Strong leadership and people management skills 
  • Communications skills internal & external. 
  • Analytical skills
  • Managing & Leading Change.
