Development Process

In this role you'll take responsibility for the development process of our knitwear fashion line, including accessories, for both menswear and womenswear.

In-Depth Research

You'll conduct thorough research and define yarn selections based on seasonal briefings, collaborating with the Senior Knitwear Designer to support the creation of innovative knit structures. Staying abreast of industry advancements and integrating the latest trends into your work will be essential.

Supplier Collaboration

You'll also work closely with our garment suppliers in Europe and Asia to continuously improve our purchasing processes and ensure on-time delivery.

Quality and Team Collaboration

Monitoring and supporting quality assurance at all stages—from yarn selection and sampling to final products in close collaboration with our Quality team. You'll collaborate closely with our product developers and creative team, providing decision-making support to our designers.

4+ years of experience in knitwear development is a must

Expert knowledge of knitting processes, 3D, and knitwear technology

Experience in knit programming; familiarity with Whole Garment® Technology (Shima Seiki) is a strong plus

Proficient in MS Office; skilled in Adobe Illustrator, PLM system knowledge is a plus

Strong organizational skills and an analytical mindset

A flexible, open-minded team player with a proactive, hands-on working style

Genuine passion for fashion and functional wear

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.446 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
