Responsible for end-to-end execution of business processes within Organization Units, Functions, Markets, etc. Responsible for process communication, deployment, and continual improvements. Provides direction and coaching to employees/leaders, as well as ensuring deadlines are met. Provides summary of outcomes, and after action review.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics platform.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions align with business needs.
Perform testing and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and efficiency of developed solutions.
Maintain and update existing Microsoft Dynamics applications and workflows.
Utilize KNIME for data analytics, workflow automation, and integration with Microsoft Dynamics.
Document and maintain technical specifications and project documentation.
Provide support and training to end-users and other team members as needed.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Microsoft Dynamics, KNIME, and Blue Prism technologies.
Job Qualifications
Qualifications:
Required:
Proficiency in KNIME for data analytics and workflow automation.
Automations using SQL
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Intermediate - Advance English proficiency.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Have:
Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Developer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience.
Familiarity with Blue Prism and RPA concepts.
Experience in automating SAP processes and KNIME workflows.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics and 1 year with KNIME.
