- Gain insight into Māori and Pasifika experiences in corporate environments
- Apply your learning in a practical, real-world assessment setting
About the Kiwa Mentoring Programme
The Kiwa Mentoring Programme is designed to create a culturally safe and supportive environment where participants can build meaningful connections, strengthen their confidence, and grow both personally and professionally.
We welcome participants from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, including Māori, Pasifika, and allies who are committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive community. We recognise that everyone brings unique strengths, aspirations, and ways of learning, and we encourage individuals with disabilities, additional mental health needs, chronic health conditions, or who identify as neurodivergent to participate.

The programme is designed to help participants strengthen their capabilities, explore future career pathways, and gain greater insight into life at KPMG. While participation in the programme may provide opportunities to engage with KPMG professionals and learn about potential career opportunities, participation does not guarantee employment. Skills Required
- Māori or Pasifika identity
- Currently studying at tertiary level in New Zealand
- Available during second semester of 2026 to participate
- Able to attend workshops in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, or Hamilton
- Interest in a career in the corporate sector
