Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Temporary Production Hand Packager/Finisher.
Your Responsibilities:
• Assemble, bind, and package materials and products manually
• Perform basic quality checks such as measuring, weighing, package counting, and visual evaluation
• Fold and tape boxes, apply labels, and stack boxes on pallets as directed
• Follow established processes and instructions to complete daily work accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
Your Shift:
• Monday – Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
You Must Have:
• Experience operating equipment in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a production setting
• Ability to follow instructions and established guidelines to perform job functions
• Solid attention to detail and ability to keep up with production expectations
Requirements Within This Position:
• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas with others
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
• Constantly operates machinery and handles printed materials
• Frequently required to move inside the facility
• Regularly lift, push, pull, and carry up to 25+ pounds
We Would Also Prefer:
• Prior experience in packaging, assembly, or a similar production role
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $18 – $20. The actual base offered depends on several factors, including qualifications, relevant experience, skills, and the location in which the applicant will be performing the job. The listed range is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package.
