Will be responsible for department processes and proposing improvements. Inspection of kits according to department procedures.
Inspection of kits returned by customers, verifying their correct condition according to priorities/procedures and optimizing the process with the support of the coordinator.
Tracking and controlling all customer returns in JDE to ensure visibility to the entire operations department according to the FIFO system.
Monitoring and managing the thermal disinfection and cleaning of kits according to established company procedures.
Managing orders for consumable materials for the receiving/shipping area (containers, products for thermal disinfection, labeling, etc.).
Maintaining the internal quality management system.
Maintaining the environmental management system following company guidelines.
Supervising the correct segregation of waste in the department, delegating the proper execution of segregation to the operatives.
Ensuring compliance with good practices, procedures, and current legislation for all activities related to the company’s products.
Technical/University degree: warehouse administration, logistics, storage, or supply chain.
Intermediate-level Microsoft Office
ERP knowledge, preferably JDE
At least three years of experience in similar areas requiring the handling of small tools and numeric codes.
