What you will do:
- Ensure all incomplete kits are replenished where stock is available. All kits are also properly sealed/ wrapped in preparation for shipment.
- Pick stock from the warehouse and replenish loan kits to support departmental KPIs.
- Perform annual inventory cycle counting of kits/ kit items and reporting discrepancies.
- Maintain 5S and Health & Safety standards across the operations environment.
- Support internal and external ISO 9001 audits with documentation and ad hoc analysis on specific key processes.
- Act as a process guide to support kit operational processes by shuttling ready-to-process kits or work-in-process job completions to loan kit operations team and with transportation of processed kits to next process steps.
- Conduct kit handling checks of pre-assembled kits (sterile/ non-sterile)– including condition checks, receiving/ preparing shipment material and inventory management activities.
What You will need:
Education:
- Essential: High School/ Diploma / GSCE’s (or equivalent)
- Desired: Further Education i.e. College or University
Experience: (Essential)
- Experience of working within a team.
- Experience of working to tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Can demonstrate a high level of problem-solving skills .
- Must be IT literate and efficient in an administrative environment.
