Get to Know the Team

The ID Grab Kios Sales team is part of Grab Kios, established initially as Kudo, and is responsible for sales activities at Grab Kios. Kios plays a vital role within the Grab Indonesia ecosystem, particularly in Digital Goods, supporting various vertical activities and directly engaging consumers. Our team is made up of enthusiastic individuals with a strong desire for progress and development.

We are looking for a Sales Manager to manage and lead the team responsible for Kios retail sales and area growth. You possess strong business and people development skills. This role is important to our success, as we are looking for you to manage these responsibilities. In return, you will grow with us and make a significant impact. You will report to Head, Kios and Merchant Supplies Key Account. The working arrangement is hybrid.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Achieve sales targets and increase revenue through field sales teams and multiple channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Local Government and key partners to secure projects and strategize SME projects.
  • Ensure accurate completion of bookings and administrative tasks following company policies.
  • Monitor and manage team performance, providing feedback and regular progress reports.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to deliver effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to support business objectives.
  • Manage the sales process, ensuring all details are handled.

Qualifications

The Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in Sales in direct sales with a background in FMCG, Telco, or Tech companies.
  • Experience in strategizing community outreach and engagement.
  • Experience in Route to Market area planning and preparation.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
  • Experience and knowledge of the retail sales process, data analysis, and territory management.
