Senior RR Consultant with Supply/ Factory planning functional knowledge.
Expected Experience- 4 - 8 years hands-on experience on RR Configuration.
Project Experience of at least 2 SCM transformation projects involving Kinaxis RR.
Certification – Author Level 1/ 2

Responsibilities:-

Responsibilities include obtaining inputs from key stakeholders, co-creating future-state design, architecture, and governance with Solution Architect, overseeing training and change initiatives, managing backlogs, identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, L4 support, liaising with stakeholders, and identifying and mitigating risks.”

Works independently on complex processes and modules that may be used by one or more programs or systems.

Clear decision-making ability with the facility to judge complex situations and assess when to escalate issues

Kindly note that we are working in a Hybrid Mode with base location in Bengaluru, Karnataka, this is not a remote role.

Skills Required

4–8 years of hands-on experience with RapidResponse configuration
Senior-level consulting experience with supply or factory planning functional knowledge
Experience delivering at least two supply chain management transformation projects involving Kinaxis RapidResponse
Kinaxis RapidResponse Author Level 1 or Level 2 certification
Strong planning, organizing, communication, influencing, decision-making, and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently on complex processes and modules
Ability to work in a complex, fast-changing, deadline-driven environment
Ability to work in hybrid mode from Bengaluru, Karnataka
