Act as the primary point of contact for Kinaxis Maestro support for the customer.
Monitor and maintain the health of the Kinaxis Maestro platform, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
Support day-to-day operations including incident management, user issue resolution, and service requests.
Perform data integrity checks, model validation, and integration monitoring.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions for recurring issues.
Manage and implement configuration changes and minor enhancements as per business needs.
Coordinate with Kinaxis Product Support or internal teams for escalation of complex issues.
Provide end-user support and deliver training or knowledge sessions when needed.
Assist with periodic system upgrades, testing, and validation in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders.
Monitor SLA compliance and deliver regular service performance reports.
Proactively recommend improvements for system performance, user experience, and process optimization.
Stay current with Kinaxis best practices, new features, and the evolving needs of the semiconductor industry.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Kinaxis Maestro, preferably in a support or managed services capacity.
Experience in supporting Kinaxis for customers in the semiconductor industry is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
Hands-on experience in Maestro modules like Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, etc.
Proficient in authoring, configuring, and troubleshooting Kinaxis Workbooks, Tasks, Alerts, and Resources.
Familiarity with data integration, ETL tools, and middleware (e.g., Dell Boomi, Informatica) is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.ITIL certification or experience in ITSM processes (incident, problem, change management) is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, multi-time zone environment.
Kinaxis Maestro Certification (Author, Contributor, Admin).
Experience working with cross-functional teams across supply chain, IT, and operations.Background in semiconductor supply chain operations or OEM/ODM ecosystem understanding.
