Regional Manager is responsible for:

• executing sales tasks (together with the team of Educational Representatives),
• planning (in cooperation with the supervisor and business lines), organizing, and carrying out or coordinating promotional and sales activities within the assigned region,
• creating and maintaining the best possible image of Nowa Era by fostering good relationships with representatives of educational institutions; representing the company at trade fairs, conferences, and other education-related events,
• delivering product presentations and training sessions for teachers, school principals, and education management personnel,
• ensuring proper information flow between the team of Educational Representatives and business lines as well as cooperating departments,
• reporting sales results,
• carrying out other tasks assigned by the supervisor related to the job.

About Regional Managers

Regional Managers are responsible for building a positive image of Nowa Era in the educational market. They oversee their respective sales teams and all promotional activities. They serve as one of the key communication channels between Nowa Era’s editorial and marketing departments and school principals as well as teachers.
