Provide telephonic callsupportto CKD participantsin focused areas acrossthecountry including education,scheduling, rescheduling, and targeted Spanishsupport.
Review, educate and answer questions on all modality options for dialysis including transplant, hemodialysis, PD and HHD
Provide local coveragesupportwith opportunities and data entry as needed. . Completedata entry&tasking into data managementsystem.
Other duties as assigned.
