Job Description
- Assist in project management tasks and activities. - Handle project-related issues and ensure timely resolution. - Prepare and maintain project reports and documentation. - Support the project team in daily activities and administrative tasks. - Ensure compliance with project management standards and protocols. - Monitor project progress and report on performance metrics. - Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. - Assist in the development and implementation of project plans and schedules. - Conduct project risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies. - Provide administrative support to the project management team. - Facilitate project meetings and prepare meeting minutes. - Assist in budget tracking and resource allocation. - Membantu dalam tugas dan aktivitas manajemen proyek. - Menangani masalah terkait proyek dan memastikan penyelesaian tepat waktu. - Menyiapkan dan memelihara laporan dan dokumentasi proyek. - Mendukung tim proyek dalam aktivitas harian dan tugas administratif. - Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar dan protokol manajemen proyek. - Memantau kemajuan proyek dan melaporkan metrik kinerja. - Berkoordinasi dengan pemangku kepentingan proyek untuk memastikan komunikasi dan kolaborasi yang efektif. - Membantu dalam pengembangan dan pelaksanaan rencana dan jadwal proyek. - Melakukan penilaian risiko proyek dan mengusulkan strategi mitigasi. - Memberikan dukungan administratif kepada tim manajemen proyek. - Memfasilitasi pertemuan proyek dan menyiapkan notulen rapat. - Membantu dalam pelacakan anggaran dan alokasi sumber daya.Company:
