The Role

This isn't your average retail role. As a Keyholder at our NEOM Wellbeing Hub in Bicester Village, you'll be one of the people who sets the tone, leading by example and creating an experience that stays with every customer long after they leave.

Working 21 hours across 3 to 4 days, you'll bring warmth and confidence to every interaction and show up with calm energy and real presence, even when it gets busy. As part of the Bicester Village destination, flexibility is key. You'll need to be available across weekdays and weekends, with late nights until 9.30pm as part of the mix.

What You Will Do

  • Provide the highest standard of NEOM Customer Experience at all times in store to inspire wellbeing
  • Drive forward sales and company objectives
  • Assist the team and Store Management with daily tasks
  • Proactively contribute to the wellbeing of our planet & our people
  • Work on initiative and be super proactive
  • Maintain company standards at all times
  • Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and visual merchandising are upheld

Requirements

What We Would Love

  • Previous retail experience (within a health/beauty environment is desirable)
  • A passion for wellbeing
  • A love of customer service which translates to/inspire your colleagues
  • Self motivator and able to maintain impeccable standards in store
  • Experience working with or understanding sales targets
  • Confident communicator - treat everyone with honesty, kindness and respect
  • Team player with a can-do attitude
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Thrives in a fast-paced business and adapts easily to change
  • The ability to work retail hours - which will include weekends and evenings

Skills Required
