Serve customers in a wellbeing retail hub, drive sales, support store management, uphold company and visual merchandising standards, and maintain excellent housekeeping. The Keyholder will inspire customers and colleagues, contribute to wellbeing initiatives, work proactively under pressure, and be available for weekday, weekend, and occasional late-night shifts.

Lead end-to-end new product development across home fragrance, body care, skincare, and gifting. Manage product briefs, formulations, packaging, suppliers, critical paths, testing, launches, pricing, costings, margins, and commercial performance. Collaborate with Regulatory, Marketing, Commercial, and Operations while supporting product exclusives, limited editions, partnerships, and retail readiness.

Prepare monthly management accounts, sales and margin reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, stock accounting, standard cost and purchase price variance analysis. Maintain ERP pricing data, improve accounting systems and processes, support audits, and partner with Operations, Commercial Finance, and wider business stakeholders on commercial decision-making.

Serve customers in the NEOM Wellbeing Hub, deliver excellent in-store experiences, support sales objectives, assist store management, maintain housekeeping and visual merchandising standards, and uphold company values. The role requires flexibility across weekdays, weekends, and late evenings, along with strong communication, initiative, customer service, teamwork, and attention to detail.
