Part-time Keyholder Sales Assistant delivering exceptional customer experience, driving sales, assisting the Store Manager, maintaining visual merchandising and cleanliness, promoting wellbeing, and working retail hours including weekends and evenings.

Part-time keyholder responsible for driving sales, opening/closing the Leeds store, cashing up, supporting stock management, delivering excellent customer service, performing product demonstrations, and maintaining store standards and events support.

Manage regulatory documentation and product notifications (CPNP, SCPN, MoCRA), support regulatory compliance for new launches (cosmetics, home fragrance, electrical), review packaging artwork, maintain cosmetovigilance records, liaise with manufacturers/retailers/internal teams, and provide administrative support to NPD and Regulatory.

Lead end-to-end new product development across home fragrance, body care, skincare and gifting. Manage timelines, suppliers, formulations, packaging, testing, artwork and commercial performance. Create briefs, costings and pricing, support limited editions and partnerships, coordinate samples and product information, and work cross-functionally with Regulatory, Marketing, Commercial and Operations to deliver on-brand, naturally fragranced products.

Provide outstanding in-store customer experience, drive sales, assist store management with daily tasks, maintain visual merchandising and cleanliness, and uphold company standards while working flexible retail hours including weekends and evenings.
