Key Opinion Leader (KOL)

Objective:

• Help home seekers to make more confident choices to buy their home and help developers to create awareness of products by introducing an analysis via a video format in all channels to achieve the team’s quantity and quality target.

Responsibilities:

• Providing useful knowledge to consumers who are seeking property or property owners and to support developers to create awareness of the products.
• Analyze real estate projects and give pros and cons to the audience.
• Create strong key messages and scripts for real estate projects.
• Presenting the content creatively on websites and social media.
• Review and comment post-productions and pre-productions to meet the quality standards.
• Participate in development and implement initiatives/strategies/products for your own video programs.
• Support and coordinate with other teams in relation to real estate knowledge or presentation.
• Answer questions and provide suggestions to the audience as much as possible.
• Sharing insight data and analysis of the property's project with the internal team.
• Participate in creating organizational culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture / Interior Design / MBA / MRE / BBA or any related field. Experience in real estate is highly preferable.
• Passionate and strong interest in real estate.
• Excellent in researching, gathering information, and analyzing real estate.
• Have a good personality, storytelling, and communicate creatively.
• Able to create various interesting topics and content with impressive presentations.
• Highly organized with good time management.
• Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines.
• Has a good problem-solving skill.
• Be flexible in adjusting work when encountering changes.
• Must be self-driven and able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctual, and work well as team.
• Ability to motivate the team and have self-motivation to achieve goals.
