Our Key Client franchise is a strategic growth pillar, and we are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial Key Client Developer to operate at the center of our most important client relationships. The Key Client Management & Family Office team enables our organization to systematically develop and deepen our most valuable client relationships.
You act as a strategic co-pilot to Relationship Managers and senior stakeholders, driving the development of our most sophisticated UHNW and family office relationships. You combine investment expertise, commercial acumen, and organizational influence to originate, shape, and execute complex client opportunities.
While Relationship Managers retain ownership of the client relationship, you lead in identifying client needs, orchestrating the firm’s full capabilities and designing and delivering high-quality solutions. You ensure seamless execution and deliver a consistent, top-tier client experience across the full lifecycle, including after-sales excellence.
What would your role be?
- Own the development and execution of holistic client strategies: identify opportunities and drive sustainable growth in partnership with the Relationship Manager
- Design and deliver high-impact, investment-driven client engagements, acting as a credible partner to challenge and shape solutions across asset classes
- Assemble and lead cross-functional deal teams, including senior management and product specialists
- Own the execution of complex client initiatives, ensuring delivery excellence and alignment with client expectations
- Drive initiatives that enhance the effectiveness and scalability of the Key Client platform
What are we looking for?
- Strong investment expertise across asset classes; CFA, CAIA, or equivalent preferred (or extensive practical experience)
- Proven experience with UHNW and/or institutional clients in complex, solution-driven environments
- Demonstrated ability to execute sophisticated client opportunities
- Exceptional ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority
- Proven track record in building trust with Relationship Managers and translating this into commercial impact
- Strong experience in driving alignment across the firm and beyond
- Clear commercial mindset with strong communication and presentation skills
- Structured, big picture-thinker with high ownership, drive, and execution focus
- Fluent in English and German (Swiss German a plus)
