About Us
At Mutual Materials, our purpose is Building Beauty that Lasts — and we’re looking for people who are excited about being part of a company that creates quality products that help build the communities where we live and work.
As a leading manufacturer and distributor of brick, concrete pavers, slabs, and concrete masonry blocks in the Pacific Northwest, our materials have been a cornerstone of construction and design across the region since 1900 — from suburban neighborhoods to bustling downtowns. We believe that diversity and inclusion make our teams stronger and our company better. We strive to create a workplace that reflects the customers, cultures, and communities we serve — where every employee feels included, supported, and valued. At Mutual, we are committed to empowering our people with the training, resources, and encouragement they need to succeed. Our culture of continuous learning provides opportunities for professional development, skill-building, and long-term career growth.
If Mutual sounds like a place you’d like to grow with, we’d love to hear from you. Come build something that lasts.
