About the role

As an Account Manager at Chowdeck, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with restaurant partners in your assigned city. You will act as the main point of contact between Chowdeck and its restaurant partners, ensuring they maximise value from the platform and driving vendor performance across revenue, operational efficiency, visibility, and customer satisfaction.

This position requires a data-driven, relationship-focused professional who is highly organised, execution-driven, and comfortable working across multiple accounts simultaneously.

You'll be required to:

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned restaurant partners, building strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers through regular physical and virtual check-ins.
  • Drive vendor GMV growth through menu optimisation, promotions and discount strategies, upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and visibility campaigns.
  • Monitor weekly and monthly sales performance, identify underperforming vendors, and implement turnaround plans.
  • Track and improve key operational metrics including preparation time, cancellation rate, order acceptance rate, and customer ratings.
  • Ensure restaurant partners comply with Chowdeck's operational standards and resolve escalations promptly in collaboration with operations and support teams.
  • Analyse vendor performance data to generate actionable insights and present periodic performance reports to partners.
  • Identify opportunities to onboard additional vendor branches and drive adoption of new Chowdeck features and products.
  • Support marketing activations and campaigns, and resolve commercial and operational issues promptly.

  • have 2–4 years of experience in account management, sales, growth, or vendor management.
  • have experience in food delivery, marketplaces, SaaS, or FMCG — this is a strong advantage.
  • are highly analytical and comfortable working with dashboards and performance metrics.
