Main Duties
- Maintains regular alignments with all marketplace accounts and sub shippers in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Monitors and ensures that Ninja Van is providing highest efficiency and productivity across the parcel journey.
- Has overall responsibility for maintaining strong business relationships and ensuring optimal performance of the assigned marketplace accounts and sub shippers.
- Manages, develops, and maintains business relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Builds and establishes a strong relationship and develops a rapport with the client, provides support, and acts as a link between the client and Ninja Van.
- Works closely with internal departments and stakeholders to resolve any operational issues for the client.
Qualifications
- BS/BA Degree in any field
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field specifically in Account Management, Stakeholder Management, Client Coordination
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Spreadsheets)
- Must be able to present information to clients and address business concern of the said client (content management)
- Proficient in English or Tagalog and with advanced business writing skills
- With relevant product or industry knowledge
- Analytical skills, product management skills, and process improvement
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Adept multi-tasker with the ability to quickly prioritize and effectively delegate tasks
- Ability to work across functions and in a matrix organization
