We are looking for a driven and commercially savvy Key Account Executive to manage and grow HUL's business on quick commerce platforms. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end account management, ensuring excellent product availability, driving category leadership, and executing joint business plans with the platform partner.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the intersection of FMCG and new-age commerce, requiring a blend of analytical thinking, relationship management, and executional excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Account Management & Business Development
• Serve as the primary point of contact for quick commerce account
• Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) aligned with HUL category and revenue objectives.
• Drive new product listing (NPD) and ensure first-mover advantage for HUL innovations on the platform.
2. Revenue & GMV Growth
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and GMV targets across HUL's portfolio (Home Care, Beauty & Personal Care, Foods & Refreshments).
• Identify and capture upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the account.
• Monitor sell-through rates, conversion, and demand patterns to optimize assortment and pricing.
3. Availability & In-Stock Management
• Ensure 95%+ SKU availability across dark stores and fulfilment centers in assigned geographies.
• Coordinate with supply chain and the platform's inventory team to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
• Track and resolve fill rate and OTIF (On-Time In-Full) issues proactively.
4. Promotions & Trade Marketing Execution
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns including discounts, combo offers, banner ads, and search placements on the platform.
• Coordinate with HUL's trade marketing and shopper marketing teams to drive platform-specific activations.
• Track ROI of trade spends and promotional investments; provide timely post-activity reports.
5. Data Analytics & Reporting
• Leverage platform dashboards and internal tools to track daily/weekly sales performance.
• Prepare and present weekly business reviews (WBRs) and monthly account scorecards.
• Analyze category share, competition benchmarking, and consumer purchase trends to derive actionable insights.
6. Cross-functional Coordination
• Work closely with supply chain, finance, legal, and brand teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage deductions, claims, and reconciliations in coordination with accounts and finance teams.
• Partner with the digital shelf team to optimize product content, imagery, and ratings/reviews.
