The PositionWe are looking for a results-driven Key Account Specialist to join our team. In this high-impact role, you will support and manage designated customer accounts, serving as a vital link between Roche and key healthcare partners. Working closely with cross-functional teams and key account leads, you will execute tactical account plans, strengthen formulary positioning, and drive patient access to our innovative portfolio.
Your Impact:
- Account Execution & Support: Manage day-to-day engagement for assigned customer accounts, ensuring seamless execution of business plans and delivery against access and sales metrics.
- Formulary & Access Operations: Support formulary positioning and pull-through initiatives to maximize patient access to Roche products and services.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key operational stakeholders, healthcare professionals, and account decision-makers.
- Tactical Implementation: Translate overall account strategies into practical, day-to-day field activities and targeted engagement strategies.
- Market Insights: Gather and share account-level insights, competitive dynamics, and market trends to support continuous optimization of account strategies.
Who you are
- Medical background –Bachelor degree of Pharmacy
- Industry Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare sales, key account support, or customer-facing commercial roles.
- Execution Focus: Demonstrated ability to execute commercial plans, track performance metrics, and deliver on sales targets.
- Relationship & Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, influence, and build trust with diverse healthcare stakeholders.
- Account Management Fundamentals: solid understanding of hospital systems, formulary access processes, and customer ecosystem dynamics.
- Collaborative Mindset: Strong team player capable of working seamlessly with cross-functional teams (Medical, Market Access, Brand Marketing).
