We aim to help these partners expand their developer communities and grow their portfolio of early-stage startups. By collaborating with DoraHacks, these partners gain access to a global pool of developers and industry-leading products to incentivize and engage them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key account partners to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient and professional delivery of goals.
  • Develop and support the implementation of business growth plans within your designated scope of responsibility.
  • Assist partners in creating forward-looking, data-driven strategic plans and provide them with the most professional solutions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of DoraHacks’ product suite to offer best suggestions for our partners

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2 years of sales experience in the crypto industry

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business or related fields.
  • Based in the United States is preferred.
  • Proven experience and success in enterprise sales, particularly in the Crypto, SaaS, or related industries.
  • Experience in managing enterprise clients in consulting businesses.
  • Work experience with top blockchain ecosystems (ecosystem growth, grants).
  • Experience in managing developer incentive programs like hackathons and grants.
