About the RoleAs a Key Account Manager, you will manage and develop key retail customers, drive profitable growth, and execute our commercial strategy in the Lithuanian market.
Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply and Finance you will build long-term customer partnerships, lead commercial negotiations and turn business opportunities into sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop key retail customers.
- Drive sales, volume, and profitability.
- Lead commercial negotiations and customer planning.
- Develop forecasts, budgets, and promotional plans.
- Analyse sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Key Account Management.
- FMCG experience; wine & spirits experience is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and confidence working with data and Excel.
- A proactive mindset and strong business understanding.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English (Russian is an advantage).
