Job Description

The Key Account Sales Leader EMEA (OEM & ODM) is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, long-term partnerships and market expansion across European Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) customers. The role combines strategic account ownership, commercial leadership and cross‑functional orchestration, ensuring sustained profitability, customer satisfaction and alignment with corporate Delta objectives.

This position reports to the Head of Sales Europe and leads a team of key account managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Growth

  • Develop and execute OEM/ODM sales strategy in Europe
  • Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and design wins
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities

Key Account Leadership

  • Own strategic OEM/ODM customer relationships at executive level
  • Lead negotiations, pricing, and long-term agreements
  • Ensure strong account planning, forecasting, and pipeline management

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Collaborate with R&D, Product, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance
  • Translate customer needs into technical and commercial solutions
  • Support global initiatives (cost, footprint, sustainability)

Leadership

  • Lead and develop Key Account Managers
  • Drive performance culture and clear KPI execution
  • Contribute to global sales strategy discussions

Qualifications

Experience

  • 10+ years in sales or commercial leadership
  • Strong OEM/ODM key account management experience
  • Background in manufacturing, tech, automotive, electronics, or industrial sectors
  • Proven experience leading international teams

Skills

  • Strategic and value-based selling
  • Strong negotiation and financial acumen
  • Executive-level stakeholder management
  • Cross-cultural leadership across Europe
  • Strong communication and influencing skills

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering or Business)
  • MBA preferred
