Job DescriptionThe Opportunity:
As part of the new commercial organization structured by categories and distribution channels, the Key Account Representative is responsible for managing and developing a specific category with the assigned customer within their distribution channel, in a complex multi-country environment, balancing global brand strategy and local execution.
He/She contributes to the execution of the regional commercial strategy at customer level, ensuring strong alignment with channel and category priorities.
In close collaboration with the regional Key Account Management team and cross-functional teams, this role actively contributes to sales performance, optimization of in-market execution, and identification of growth opportunities within assigned accounts.
What Your Impact Will Be:
Gestion du compte client

Exécution commerciale
- Veiller à la bonne mise en œuvre des plans d’activation en magasin et en ligne
- S’assurer que l’exécution est alignée sur les priorités des catégories et des marques
- Analyser la performance des catégories et des clients afin d’éclairer la prise de décision
- Suivre les tendances du marché et les comportements des consommateurs
- Suivre la disponibilité des produits en collaboration avec la Supply Chain
- Mesurer l’efficacité des promotions et contribuer à l’optimisation des investissements commerciaux
- Garantir la visibilité et la disponibilité des produits clés, conformément aux priorités commerciales
- Produire régulièrement des rapports de performance et des analyses
- Contribuer à l’identification de leviers de croissance et de nouvelles opportunités commerciales
Coordination transverse
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Marketing, Go-to-Market, Finance et Supply Chain
- Contribuer à la planification commerciale (prévisions, activations et lancements)

What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in account management, commercial, or sales roles, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Good understanding of retail dynamics and distribution channels, particularly within the French market; knowledge of the Dutch and Belgian markets would be an advantage.
- Strong product knowledge and commercial acumen.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, international environment.
