For our Oncology team, we are looking for a new field colleague, based in Bucharest, whose main responsibilities will be to:

·       promote, in compliant and ethical manner, assigned products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and KOLs, according to company’s objectives and marketing strategy to serve patients;

·       maximize commercial opportunities by developing, implementing and leading commercial programs with key decision makers and relevant stakeholders

·     organize events and other programs independently or with marketing/medical department, in line with agreed business tactical plans

·       preserve external focus and effective customer orientation.

What you’ll bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:

·       3 years previous sales experience/ promotional experience in Pharma industry

·       Preferably promotional experience in specialty TAs

·       University degree in Medical Science and/or Business or similar studies.

·       Proficient in English (writing and speaking)

·       Planning and organizing skills

·       Role specific Operational Excellence: Accountability, Communication, Influencing, Adaptability, Customer Focus and Integrity
