Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for aggressively identifying and securing new business opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth. You will join a results-driven team focused on being proactive "hunters".
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
Proactively hunt and engage potential new clients across target markets and industries to generate a consistent sales pipeline.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans, conduct in-depth prospect research, and tailor solutions to consistently exceed aggressive sales targets.
Manage the entire sales cycle, including contract negotiation and closing, while collaborating closely with marketing and product teams to align efforts with business goals.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales, with a strong emphasis on aggressively hunting and securing new business.
Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and manage complex sales cycles.
Strong knowledge of strategic sales planning, exceptional negotiation, and relationship-building to influence key decision-makers.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce).
