As a Key Account Manager – Reproductive Medicine, you will be responsible for building, nurturing, and expanding strategic relationships with our most valuable clients, ensuring their long-term satisfaction and loyalty. In this role, you will drive sustainable sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing tailored account strategies, and delivering high-impact solutions that meet client needs. Leveraging your expertise in pharmaceutical sales and account management, you will play a key role in achieving ambitious business objectives while strengthening our market presence and long-term partnerships.

Your day at Ferring

  • Engage regularly with IVF/Fertility centers, related healthcare professionals and pharmacies in line with sales and marketing strategy.

  • Develop and nurture trusted, long-term relationships with targeted doctors and key partners.

  • Analyse territory performance, identify opportunities, and implement strategic action plans.

  • Promote assigned brands consistently with marketing strategy, compliance standards, and scientific accuracy.

  • Represent the company at key scientific events and professional meetings.

  • Deliver clear, high-quality reports and insights on performance, opportunities, and trends.

  • Monitor and report pharmacovigilance cases in accordance with requirements.

  • Participate in ongoing trainings to strengthen product knowledge and professional skills.

  • Collaborate closely with Medical and cross-functional teams to ensure aligned customer engagement.

  • Effectively manage your territory in all its complexity, balancing strategy, execution, and relationship excellence.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Key Account Manager or comparable client-facing role.

  • Experience working with fertility specialists and related stakeholders (gynecologists, IVF centers, nurses, embryologists, pharmacists) is a strong advantage.

  • Sales and/or Marketing managerial experience is an advantage

  • Professional-level English, both written and spoken.

  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills for reporting.

  • Confident presentation skills and solid command of PowerPoint.

  • Valid driving license and readiness for regular field travel.

  • Based in Timisoara, Cluj or Iasi, given the strategic importance of the region.

  • Highly organized and proactive, able to manage multiple priorities and projects with ownership and reliability.

  • Collaborative team player who naturally shares know-how, contributes ideas, and can gradually support peers through guidance and knowledge sharing.

  • Independent, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative while supporting broader team goals.
