- 根据公司的整体业务目标、市场动态和政策发展制定区域 KAM 战略。
- 制定和实施年度 KAM 工作计划，以实现业务目标负责与目标医院关键客户的沟通与协调，发展和维护与区域重点医院的战略合作伙伴关系
- 与业务部和跨部门等部门合作，领导跨职能项目和活动，促进医院准入、维护安全运营，以支持产品的市场发展。
学历要求：本科及以上学历
职位要求：
- 丰富的医院准入经验及安全运营经验；有制药跨国公司相关领域工作经验（KAM/销售管理DSM/MKT）
- 良好的策略性思维和业务洞察能力及政策敏锐度
- 良好的大客户管理经验和项目管理经验
- 具备出色的沟通能力和跨部门合作能力
- 结果导向，抗压能力强
