Key Account Manager

Your role:

Strategic Account Partnership – Build long-term customer relationships, align account plans with portfolio strategy, and drive value creation.
Cross-Functional Coordination – Orchestrate Sales, Marketing, Service, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to deliver a unified customer experience.
Commercial Process Leadership – Manage forecasting, pipeline reviews, performance reporting, and margin realization with strong governance.
Operational Excellence – Apply Lean/continuous improvement to simplify processes, enhance visibility, and improve execution quality.
Market & Segment Support – Execute trade promotions, distribution expansion, and funnel hygiene across Personal Health and Health Systems.
Insights & Risk Management – Provide data-driven recommendations, monitor sales/margin outcomes, and manage operational risks (credit, supply, delivery).
You're the right fit if:

Strong analytical and operational management skills

7–10 years in Key Account Management or Commercial Excellence

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
