Your Role:
- Manage key distributor accounts and act as the primary commercial contract.
- Drive sales performance and achieve targets across full product portfolio
- Drive project sales across all sectors through strong collaboration with distributors and cross-functional teams
- Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and distributors to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion
- Monitor the sales pipeline, forecasts, and project status to ensure precise and prompt reporting
- Manage project sales details: product specifications, pricing, and commercial approvals
- Actively maintain market presence and foster key relationships through distributor engagement and project site visits
- Maintain strong brand presence and ensure product availability in both retail and project markets
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ Proven experience in sales or key account management, preferably in building materials, sanitary ware, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of distributor-based sales models.
- Fluent English is a must (spoken and written).
- Computer-oriented with strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- SAP user experience is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Results-driven with strong commercial awareness.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
