Job Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand our presence within key accounts.
* Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Conduct thorough customer analysis to identify needs, opportunities, and potential challenges, and tailor solutions accordingly.
* Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiation to closing deals and providing ongoing support, leveraging your expertise in Pharmaceutical Sales.
* Implement and optimize multi-channel marketing and digital sales strategies to maximize reach and engagement with key accounts.
* Continuously monitor market intelligence to identify new trends, competitive activities, and opportunities for growth.
* Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and customer service, to ensure seamless account management and service delivery.
* Proactively identify and address customer concerns, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in resolving complex issues.
* Contribute to the development and refinement of overall Sales Strategy and Sales Optimization initiatives.
* Deliver consistent and measurable results against sales objectives and key performance indicators.
