MissionAs a Key Account Manager, you act as the primary point of contact for our strategic clients. As a central link within the company, you ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and customers on both operational and commercial matters. You develop business opportunities, ensure the satisfaction of multisite clients, and guarantee clear, complete, and proactive communication in both directions.
ResponsibilitiesCommercial Management & Business Development- Manage a portfolio of key multisite customers from A to Z: initial contact, contract negotiation and signature, commercial follow‑up, and long-term relationship management.
- Understand and analyze customer needs, prepare quotations, and provide advice on modernisation and maintenance solutions.
- Grow the portfolio through cross-selling, upselling, and targeted prospecting
- Identify market trends and new business opportunities with existing customers.
- Contribute to the expansion of the installed base within your customer portfolio.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for major customers (public institutions, facility management companies, healthcare organizations…).
- Ensure efficient coordination between technical, operational, administrative, and commercial teams.
- Verify orders and contracts and ensure the accurate transmission of data to the relevant internal stakeholders.
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely, complete, and accurate responses.
- Monitor customer KPIs and take action when deviations occur.
- Build and maintain long-term trust-based relationships with key customers.
- Organize regular meetings with customers (at customer sites or company offices).
- Ensure customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement in collaboration.
- Guarantee clear, structured, and proactive communication between customers and internal teams.
- Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Commercial Engineering with strong technical affinity, or equivalent through experience.
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager in a technical or industrial environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting professional networks.
- Strong analytical mind and results-oriented approach.
- Autonomous, proactive, and responsible, with strong prioritization skills.
- Structured working style and adherence to internal procedures and guidelines.
- Ability to understand technical topics and translate them to customers in a clear manner.
- Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to identify and convert opportunities.
