The Key Account Manager  for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for :

Identifies opportunities in new markets and emerging areas.

Drives growth across different product lines.

Possesses in-depth product and market knowledge, enabling the development of product line strategies within the division.

Oversee planning processes that establish short, medium and long-term goals, as well as priorities, strategies, and programs to achieve those objectives; ensure key success factors and strategic considerations are addressed.

Provides appropriate technical, scientific, and marketing support to various local and regional distribution channels (BCLA) to meet sales targets set at the management level.

Ensure results within a plan that guides business sales and marketing activities.

Consults with executive management to define and review processes and oversees their implementation through leadership of their team.

This position is part of the Sales and will be located in México City at Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the Sales team and report to the Regional Sales Manager.

The essential requirements of the job include:

·       To have a degree on health or similar (Chemistry, Biologist, Chemistry Engineer, or similar

·       At least 3-5 years of experience in sales and market knowledge

·       Experience in corporative tools (ERP, Corporative processes and executive reporting)

·       Knowledge of main actors in the Mexican market

·       Proved experience in sales by value and objection management

·       English language at intermediate level

 

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

·       Sales Force Dot Com manage

·       Direct and Indirect sales management

·       Laboratory experience routine

·       Excel and PPT manage at intermediate level

·       Tender knowledge management
