How You Will Make An Impact   
    • Building strong, consultative relationships with key customer stakeholders
    • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand Netrix services
    • Developing strategic account plans aligned with customer business goals
    • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and solution delivery
    • Maintaining accurate account and pipeline data in Salesforce and other CRM tools
    • Presenting tailored IT solutions that drive customer success and revenue growth
    • Supporting marketing initiatives and participating in client events
    • Monitoring customer satisfaction and retention metrics
    • Staying current on market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies
    • Executes key account strategies under sales leadership guidance
    What You Will Bring To The Table 
    • 5+ years in account management, technology sales, or client relationship management with a proven ability to grow customer relationships and expand wallet share
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or equivalent experience
    • Sales or technology-related certifications preferred (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, industry sales programs)
    • Working knowledge of IT solutions, managed services, and cloud offerings; proficient in Salesforce or ERP and account planning systems
    • Consultative and relationship-focused approach; strategic thinking; excellent communication, influence, and negotiation skills; strong collaboration and leadership presence; problem-solving mindset
    • Operates with moderate independence; develops and executes account strategies under guidance from sales leadership
