How You Will Make An Impact- Building strong, consultative relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand Netrix services
- Developing strategic account plans aligned with customer business goals
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and solution delivery
- Maintaining accurate account and pipeline data in Salesforce and other CRM tools
- Presenting tailored IT solutions that drive customer success and revenue growth
- Supporting marketing initiatives and participating in client events
- Monitoring customer satisfaction and retention metrics
- Staying current on market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies
- Executes key account strategies under sales leadership guidance
- 5+ years in account management, technology sales, or client relationship management with a proven ability to grow customer relationships and expand wallet share
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or equivalent experience
- Sales or technology-related certifications preferred (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, industry sales programs)
- Working knowledge of IT solutions, managed services, and cloud offerings; proficient in Salesforce or ERP and account planning systems
- Consultative and relationship-focused approach; strategic thinking; excellent communication, influence, and negotiation skills; strong collaboration and leadership presence; problem-solving mindset
- Operates with moderate independence; develops and executes account strategies under guidance from sales leadership
