Job Title: Key Account Manager (KAM) based in Athens

Position Summary
The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for driving commercial execution and business growth within the assigned Key Account channels and customers. This role focuses on sales performance, promotional excellence, and brand visibility, contributing to the expansion of the company’s cosmetics portfolio and strengthening customer relationships.
The KAM plays a pivotal role in implementing commercial strategies, executing in-store initiatives, and ensuring consistent collaboration between internal teams and retail partners to deliver sustainable growth and superior customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Account Management & Customer Relationships
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned Key Account customers ensuring alignment on business goals and promotional priorities.
- Act as the main point of contact for addressing inquiries, operational needs, and partnership opportunities.
- Participate in negotiation and implementation commercial agreements, trade terms, and promotional calendars in coordination with the National Key Account & Export Manager.
2. Commercial Execution
- Drive in-store promotional activities to enhance visibility and sell-out performance.
- Ensure accurate implementation of commercial strategies, including product listings, pricing, and planograms.
- Support the rollout of marketing and trade marketing initiatives in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Monitor and assess in-store execution quality and recommend improvements to maximize effectiveness.
- Ensure product availability and efficient order fulfillment.
3. Market Analysis & Insights
- Collect and analyze market feedback, consumer trends, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular insights and reports to management on market dynamics, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
- Support data-driven decision-making through accurate sales tracking and post-promotion analysis.
Qualifications & Experience
- Location: Based in Athens, Greece
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 4–6 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Trade Marketing, preferably in the cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG industries.
- Languages: English (fluent) and local language proficiency.

- Strong commercial acumen with experience in account negotiation and trade management.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint. CRM/ERP systems knowledge is a plus.
- Solid understanding of retail dynamics, merchandising standards, and promotional planning.
