We’re looking for a talented Key Account Manager who expects more from their career. Sitting within the Account Management team, this person is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver, with a deep understanding of all Tesco Media channels and ad solutions. Central to this role will be to lead the planning, delivery and reporting of client's media and measurement campaigns. This person will be responsible for supporting key client relationships, providing consultative product and solution recommendations through technical and analytical expertise. The Account Manager partners with sales team to build relationships and drive long-term revenue. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong client servicing, underpinned by consultative sales and analytical skills.

What you’ll be working on

  • Support the achievement of quarterly and annual revenue goals and growth strategy for key FMCG partners.
  • Guide media / channel strategy and planning for our advertiser partners, working with both client direct and their agency partners.
  • Leverage data and insights to deliver innovative, best-in-class retail media activations across the Tesco Media platform.
  • Drive deeper partnership engagement through scaled coverage across key stakeholders (Shopper, Brand, Digital, Media, Commerce & Loyalty teams).
  • Partner internally with Sales Client Partners, Media Enablement and Data Analysts to deliver against KPIs, driving business outcomes.
  • Navigate complex cross channel projects with multiple stakeholders both internally & externally.
  • Recommend and oversee client measurement strategy, analysing and presenting results.
  • Identifying and communicating performance trends and insights to guide upsell / optimization recommendations with advertisers.
  • Product expert across Tesco Media ad eco-system, driving client adoption of media channels.
  • Be confident challenging client strategy to maximise the role Tesco Media and Insights platform plays in delivering meaningful business outcomes.

What we expect from you

  • Experience in the advertising industry, either in media sales / retail media, and/or media agency.
  • Passion for Retail Media and Tesco Media platform products and services.
  • Extensive knowledge of brand, performance & digital marketing ecosystems and performance metrics.
  • Skilled in the use of Excel / PowerPoint, with experience managing complex data-sets and insights.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated and highly goal-oriented in order exceed targets.
  • Confident communicator and presenter, comfortable in fast-paced environments.
  • A consultative style with the ability to understand clients’ business needs and position solutions in a timely and personalised way.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving company and be adaptable to change.
  • A team player with the ability to collaborate with internal departments and teams.
