To support and strengthen our small but dynamic Sales team in Helsinki we are now looking for a collaborative and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team and play a vital role in managing and nurturing our most strategic customer relationships.

What You’ll Do

As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of high-value customers. Your mission will be to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and to ensure the customer engagement. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to shape innovative and data-driven solutions for our customers and have direct influence on our commercial evolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key accounts
  • Account planning and delivery of an account specific contractual obligation
  • Visit the accounts in line with the agreed activity plans
  • Improve accounts knowledge and expertise with our services
  • Synchronize activities with the sales team and Account managers
  • Diligently implement the group strategies and sales tools
  • Identify new business opportunities, mainly cross-selling
  • Prepare business statistics analysis and presentations, lead the discussions with key accounts
  • Accurately use the CRM to plan, record and report account specific activity
  • Deliver the turnover and any other sales targets assigned taking corrective action when result materially deviates from expected

What we are looking for

We’re seeking a driven, proactive and customer-focused professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and value. You are strong team player but at the same time able to take own initiatives and responsibility from your own portfolio.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, ideally in the retail or financial services
  • Proven experience of winning and developing new business
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and trends
  • Results-orientated with a proven track record of achieving targets
  • Commercial mindset and understanding of all stages of the sales cycle
  • Good use of time management skills, demonstrated ability to prioritize
  • Experience with CRM systems & MS Office tools
  • Fluency in written and spoken Finnish and English
