- Analyze internal and external market trends to uncover opportunities for business growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with merchant partners.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve commercial goals.
- Develop and present exposure packages to partners to maximize their business potential.
- Oversee and manage end-to-end merchant operations, ensuring seamless execution.
- Stay informed about e-commerce consumer trends and strategize campaigns to drive business growth.
- Ideate, plan, and execute partner campaigns to enhance engagement and revenue.
- Demonstrate a proactive and results-driven mindset to achieve business success metrics within set timelines.
Essentials to Succeed
- 3-5 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Partnerships.
- Experience in eCommerce is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to drive impactful results.
- Deep understanding of Malaysia’s eCommerce landscape and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with confidence in engaging mid-to-senior-level stakeholders.
- Proactively seek new opportunities to expand and enhance merchant relationships.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically in merchant acquisition and management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to excel.
- A problem-solver with a passion for delivering innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analytics is essential.
