OUR ROLE

As a Key Account Manager in our Sales Unit Finland, you will play a key role in driving growth and strengthening partnerships with some of our most valued customers. Working with our well-loved brands in Cooking, Gardening, and Outdoor, you’ll be part of a supportive, high-performing team focused on building sustainable success. This role is about more than managing accounts—it’s about identifying new opportunities, deepening customer relationships, and bringing our iconic products to even more people across Finland.
This position is based at our headquarters in Espoo, Finland and reports to our Head of Key Account Management. The position is full-time and follows a hybrid working model.
WHAT YOU’LL DO AT FISKARS

Develop and implement sales plans and forecasts to meet business objectives.

Drive revenue and profitability by achieving agreed sales targets.

Manage the full customer relationship lifecycle – from daily operations to annual contract negotiations.

Collaborate with customers to plan and execute joint marketing activities that support growth.

Analyse reporting and performance tracking to ensure transparency and data-driven decisions.

Work closely with internal teams to align on customer needs, priorities, and opportunities.

Engage in joint business planning with key accounts to build long-term strategic partnerships.
WHO YOU ARE
You are a commercially savvy relationship-builder who thrives in a dynamic retail environment. You have a winning mindset, a structured approach, and a passion for premium consumer brands. You enjoy working collaboratively, but you’re also confident taking the lead and driving initiatives forward. We are open to candidates with the right sales drive and winning attitude, even over experience.
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

1-3 year´s sales experience, Preferably B2B/Wholesale.

Strong KPI-driven mindset with a focus on measurable results.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in both Finnish and English and confident in presenting to clients.

Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships with a strong service orientation.

Consumer-centric and analytical approach to sales with the ability to align solutions to both customer and consumer needs.

Comfortable working in a matrix organization and collaborating across functions.

B.Sc. degree or equivalent education, with strong skills in Microsoft Office tools and a structured, deadline-oriented working style.

Growth potential into more strategic account management roles.
