Job Description:

Drive performance of products in key Government Institutions in all country.

• Identify key stakeholders and build appropriate strong relationships.

• Responsibility for formulary listing and negotiations with payers on Government Institution.

• Identify and collaborate with national KOL´s in close collaboration with the MSLs.

• Leading role in the cross functional collaboration in the field with colleagues.

• Achievement of advancement of contracts at the central level with the different Institutions under their charge (Centralized or Decentralized), through cross functional work with FDV.

• Maximize institutional business by aligning and implementing strategies per account.

• Close monitoring of key accounts of objectives that allows adjusting activities and strategies with the FDV team.

• Coordinate and ensure communication with the different Distributors under your charge to ensure sell-in according with the to displacements in hospitals in charge of the Account Leads.

• Cooperate with the business units in the orientation of the achievement of objectives in the key accounts to achieve the sell-out of the Account Leads.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 to 5 years of experience as KAM in Public and Private Sector
• Experience in negotiation with payers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Availability for travel.
• English is a plus
