SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
As a Kay Account Manager – Retail Sales, you will be responsible to promote and sell a range of Decorative products to new and existing Key customers in a given territory by using Jotun’s sales tools and techniques to develop strong customer relationships, liaise with the client market. This position is also responding to sales and technical enquiries in order to achieve the budgeted sales, gross margin, DSO- Days Sales Outstanding, and customer satisfactions targets, and to ensure that Jotun is seen as a preferred supplier of high-quality products and services.
This position based at Riyadh and reporting to the Area Sales Manager – Central.
Responsibilities:

Create new customers by analyzing the market requirement and potential, plan visits to potential customers, and swift response to quotations and inquiries to secure growth and increase Jotun market share.

To follow up and monitor Key Dealers / mid-size projects closely by ensuring Jotun’s products are used to achieve the targeted sales budget.

Maintained customer relationships through regular visits, responding to inquiries, and providing advice on product selection to achieve the sales budget.

Lead & Coordinate with team to make sure Jotun directions & activities are implemented in the right way.

Follow up and monitor customers on proper pricing and timely payment collection to reduce Days of sales outstanding and to achieve the targeted gross margin.

Co-ordinate with internal departments like Customer Service, Marketing, and Production to ensure high-quality service is provided.

Conduct market surveys to identify the business potential in the assigned area, map small and mid-size Projects business and help key dealers to secure such projects and enhance their sales performance.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree. Sales & Marketing is preferable.

5-6 years of relevant experience in retail sales and business development activities.

Fluency in Arabic & English – both verbally and written.
