The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to join Pernod Ricard’s Global Travel Retail team. The Key Account Manager is responsible for building and achieving budgeted annual trading objectives; JBP planning & customer relationship management.
This is a key role which will utilise your commercial skills, category insights, analytical, forecasting, financial acumen, and customer management to maximise the promotional and sales strategy to achieve budgeted and agreed monthly targets.

Tasks & Responsibilities
Delivery of the Pernod Ricard Global Travel Retail P&L to achieve Volume, Gross Sales, Net Sales, Contributive Margin and CAAP targets
Provision of regular, accurate sales forecasts at product level to assist with all aspects of business performance analysis, specifically to assist demand planning and import planning
Management of customer relationships at all levels including coordination of regular WIPs/catch ups, promotional planning that meets budgeted KPI’s, submitting new products for ranging as well as JBP Planning
Manage a team of contracted Brand Consultants in airports by providing relevant product knowledge across key brands
What you will bring to the role

Proven account management experience, specifically within global travel retail
Experience with sales planning tools, pricing, negotiation, revenue growth management and leveraging AI
Strong relationship management skills with a natural ability to influence and negotiate
Strong commercial acumen with a commitment and drive to meet or exceed targets
Passion and knowledge of champagne and spirits industry; Alcohol category experience highly desired
Have the ability to travel frequently to visit Customers and Airports
International experience and global market understanding highly desired due to the nature of our global customer group
