We are looking for a Key Account Manager to take a full ownership of our primary telecom operator account in Estonia. Beyond maintaining relationships, you will act as a trusted strategic partner – driving mutual business growth, market share and sell-out performance.

We offer 3500 - 3700 gross EUR salary plus a quarterly performance-based bonus (up to 50–70% of quarterly salary). Role and Responsibilities
What you will do:- Commercial Ownership: Own and develop assigned telecom operator account with full responsibility for sales, market share and commercial performance;
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client, acting as a trusted business partner;
- Planning & Forecasting: Lead account planning, forecasting, demand management, and stock control in close cooperation with internal teams;
- Marketing & Retail Execution: Initiate and coordinate retail and marketing activities alongside Samsung’s marketing team, tailoring campaigns to operator needs;
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze market trends, competitor activities and sales data to convert insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor sell-out performance and proactively propose corrective actions when needed;
- Field Execution: Ensure proper product distribution and visibility in-store, with occasional retail visits to validate execution;
- Reporting & Reviews: Prepare and deliver regular business reviews, reports and presentations (using Excel and PowerPoint) for both internal and external stakeholders;
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, merchandising and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution and high service quality.
Skills and Qualifications
What we expect from you:- Experience: At least 3 years of successful experience in sales or key account management, preferably within an international business;
- Language: Fluency in both Estonian and English (written and spoken) is required;
- Industry Context: Experience working with telecom operators, mobile devices, consumer electronics or similar fast-moving industries is a strong advantage;
- Domain Knowledge: A solid understanding of retail mechanics and marketing communication;
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to simplify complex data and present it clearly;
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint;
- Soft Skills: Outstanding negotiation, influencing and follow-up skills;
- Mindset: A proactive, goal-driven attitude with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-changing environment;
