We are currently looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Key Account Manager to support our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the B2B segment
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
  • Establish and grow relationships with new and existing corporate customers
  • Present and promote Ayvens’ mobility solutions in a compelling way
  • Lead commercial discussions and negotiations
  • Prepare offers, quotations, and business proposals
  • Actively represent the company at business meetings, networking events, and industry forums
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer experience

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in:
  • Automotive / leasing / fleet management
  • Insurance or financial services
  • Other related industries
  • Strong ability to initiate contact and build relationships with new clients
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • High level of self-motivation, resilience, and persistence
  • Proactive approach with a natural drive to identify and pursue opportunities
  • Willingness to be frequently out meeting clients and expanding network
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) Good organizational and digital skills
  • University degree

Skills Required
