About the job
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling and leading the Key Account Management activities according to corporate policies and strategies, in line with local laws and regulations, with the objective of achieving marketing and field force objectives and growth of GSK
The key responsibilities include some of the following:
Stakeholder relationship
Identify prioritized stakeholders in key accounts & build long-term relationships
Acquiring a thorough understanding of account’s needs and requirements
Serve as the link of communication between key accounts and internal teams
Account Development Plan
Responsible for planning and forecasting the annual key accounts plan for the assigned territory, new product launches & list of products,
Build and execute Joint Cooperation Plan to increase the Vaccine (Vx) penetration in key account including:
Disease awareness on-site & online
HCPs/Nurse/Consultant team education plan for accounts to meet with account’s needs
Conduct quarterly meetings between GSK & KDMs of accounts to keep updated the plan execution & revise plan if any
Understand market trend, the challenges & opportunities and communicate with key accounts & co-hand to find out the solution
Operation & Execution
Planning the account’s needs for disease awareness display in clinic: leaflet, poster, standee, video clip, activation booth….
Collaborate with MKT team & FFs to lead & implement disease awareness program onsite & provide real-time digital assets to accounts
Collaborate with FFs to ensure all HCP’s engagement would be implemented & with high quality.
Market Intelligence & Insights
Collaborate with Area Manager to: Report activities performance in accounts by monthly & timely update all movement/changes at account level
Collaborate with Area Manager to input & present Vaccines usage by monthly with strong explanation & rationales
- Present GSK in a very professional way to the account through structured and organized working.
- To work closely with all GSK related functions and key stakeholders to align on common objectives.
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
BA / BSc Degree, professional on business management, marketing. Medical background is a plus
Exceptional strategic planning skill
Exceptional project management as well as project /cross-functional team management skills
Exceptional external stakeholder engagement & relationship building
Good negotiation skill
Comfortable with ambiguity, working at pace and agility to adapt.
Demonstrated stakeholder management and influencing skills

Job-Related Experience
At least 3 - 5 years relevant experience in field force and 1 - 3 years experiences in Key Account Management
Proven analytical and business planning skills, with entrepreneurial spirit.
