As a Key Account Manager, Ultrasound, you will help bring leading diagnostic solutions to healthcare providers across half of Bucharest and the South-West region of Romania, making a meaningful impact on patient care while growing your career within a global health technology leader.

Your roleIn this role, you will:
Grow Philips Ultrasound business by identifying and developing opportunities across public and private healthcare customers.
Drive sales performance, including order intake, revenue growth, pricing, and market share.
Lead customer engagements, presentations, demonstrations, and proposal development to showcase Philips' value.
Build trusted, long-term relationships with hospitals and key stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast through Salesforce.com.
Use customer and market insights to identify opportunities and shape commercial strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes and support account objectives.
Manage quotations, tenders, contracts, and order intake processes.
Represent Philips in the market through customer visits, industry events, and professional networking.
Monitor customer feedback, competitive activity, and win/loss trends to continuously improve performance.
Support contract handovers, accounts receivable activities, and ensure compliance with Philips quality and regulatory requirements.
You are the right fit if you have
Bachelor's degree.
Experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within healthcare, medical devices, or a related industry.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across a matrix organization.
Full, valid driving license and willingness to travel within the territory.
Nice-to-have:
Experience in Ultrasound, diagnostic imaging, or the broader medical devices sector.
Experience selling to hospitals or healthcare providers.
Confidence engaging with senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders.

Compensation & benefits
Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is 162,140.00 - 242,000.00 RON Annual.
We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.
This role is eligible for 30% bonus with your rewards linked to KPIs. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
