We are expanding our Home Centers sales team and are looking for an extroverted, highly motivated, and driven Sales and/or Marketing Professional with 3-5 years of experience. Job Description
Managing and developing key account strategies in The Home Center channel to gain market share within multiple categories & markets we serve. This position will work closely with the Field Sales, Marketing and New Product Development to design and implement strategies across Home Depot. This position will be based in Atlanta, GA with primary region responsibility for Mexico.
- Establish and manage a strong relationship between all stakeholders
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and their goals
- Design and implement strategies that achieve sales growth targets
- Create and implement marketing and merchandising strategies designed to grow market share
- Responsible for offshelf promotional strategies & execution
- Implement product knowledge and demonstrate training for internal and customer merchandising executive teams
- Establish and achieve key metrics for product category specific growth targets
- Collect and analyze key customer data and metrics to understand market behaviors, trends and sales performance
- Own and manage customer complaints and requests
- Ensure timely delivery of products
- Prepare and present regular reports internally and externally to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing or related field required
- Proven ability to apply a broad knowledge of sales and marketing strategies for multiple channels
- Demonstrable compelling communication with corporate staff, sales organization & customers
- Proven excellence in development of key metrics and goal setting
- Track record of successful product launches
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Skype, etc).
- Bilingual- English/Spanish required
- Travel requirement in responsible region (Mexico) 30%
