Core ResponsibilitiesSustain key position within key channels in Taiwan toy market, and continue further growth, and contribute to The LEGO Group and Business Unit strategy and growth ambitions of Taiwan
Devise long and short-term strategy, store expansion plan, assortment maximization, growth ambition setting and global initiative implementation to deliver strong commercial results
Develop joint business plan with retail partners to improve commercial value and deliver the best LEGO brand experience and consumer, shopper and customer service in Taiwan via both physical and online stores.
Drive the alignment and execution of the strategy by working closely with the local marketing team, regional and global teams.
Manage product forecasting and stock-turn of retail partners, work closely with internal Operation team to improve the efficiency of business operations to meet growth ambitions and demand
Represent LEGO Taiwan in regional and global platforms if applicable
As Key Account Manager, you’ll have a strong understanding of the Taiwanese market along with the complexity of our customers and business operations. Your experience in a competitive retail environment will give you a unique perspective in how to create successful business relationships with the regional teams.

Do you have what it takes?
Bachelor’s degree or above, in a business-related field or equivalent working experience
6+ years in knowledge and experience in retail and key account management
Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin, sufficient for strategic selling and negotiation
Strong collaborator and analytical skills
Experience in autonomous customer meetings, sales forecasting and initiative planning
Financial savvy (retail P&L management)
Result oriented with a can-do spirit, agile approach and customer service-oriented attitude
Able to lead and manage change in a dynamic environment
Curious and resilient!
